Procrastination – Busy Doing Nothing

How often do you get to the end of the day and feel like you’ve been working non-stop – but actually feel like you have achieved nothing? Maybe your favourite phrase is ‘I’ll do that tomorrow’. Then tomorrow comes and you get to the end of that day, promising yourself that you’ll do that important task ‘tomorrow’. And the next day comes and goes – you get the picture.
